My Story
Hi. My name is Deanna. I am a Naturopathic Doctor and Co-owner of Sage Naturopathic Clinic.
Sage Naturopathic Clinic has been servicing Kitchener-Waterloo area for over 10 years and has recently opened a second location in Cambridge, Ontario. It is a multi-disciplinary clinic and focus on providing exceptional patient care through a healthcare module involving collaboration with multiple specialties.
Prior to completing my Doctorate at the Canadian College of Naturopathic Medicine (CCNM), I completed a Bachelor’s Degree in Medical Science with Specialization in Physiology at the University of Western Ontario. I have always been fascinated about the human body. I love learning about how simple things like nutrition, supplements and hormones can alter physiology and thus, vitality.
My motivation as a Naturopath surrounds a desire and pride in inspiring and motivating others to improve their health. My particular area of interest are hormones. I love hormones. Their complexity, interconnectedness and importance in how we look, feel and think have immeasurable implications in our health.
I have been blessed with 2 beautiful girls that I hope to raise to be strong and resilient in this challenging world. They are my motivation to continue on an educational journey as a Naturopathic Doctor. I love to learn and share this knowledge with others.
